Paladin Security is Hiring a Mobile Patrol Supervisor! Location: Regina, SK, Canada
Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends - Evening and Overnight shifts (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time
Overview Paladin Security is seeking a Mobile Patrol Supervisor to provide mobile patrol and alarm response services to clients while supporting overnight security operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Mobile Patrol Supervisor will oversee assigned patrol locations, respond to alarm dispatch calls, and support static security sites during overnight operations.
This role requires strong leadership, situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. The successful candidate will also conduct site visits, complete quality assurance reports, and mentor security team members.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned sites using a company-provided vehicle and conduct foot patrols to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access
- Respond to alarm dispatch calls and attend client sites for alarm response services
- Provide support to static security sites during overnight operations
- Respond to emergencies including medical incidents, intoxication, or aggressive behavior while maintaining professionalism
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management through clear written and verbal reporting
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports using mobile application-based software
- Conduct unannounced site visits and submit Quality Assurance reports to management
- Use critical thinking to assess situations, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in fast-paced environments
- Train and mentor security staff, provide feedback, and report site findings to management
- Maintain strong situational awareness while completing patrols and site inspections
Requirements
- Must have a full Class 5 (non-GDL) Saskatchewan Driver's License or higher and a clean driver's abstract
- Must have one year driving experience in Canada
- Must be bondable
- Comfortable performing physical duties including standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods and working in extreme weather conditions
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of security experience
- MOAB Certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training
- First Aid & CPR Level C certification (CSA-approved provider)
