Senior Compensation Consultant/Compensation Consultant
This is a 14-month contract and you would be required to go into the office ONE day per week and work fully remote during year end/busy season
Salary range is 100,000-120,000, completion bonus, full benefits, 3-weeks of vacation and personal days! The office is a 5 minute walk from Union Station.
The Opportunity:
Our client is a highly service oriented and collaborative organization and they are GROWING!!! They are looking for a (Senior) Compensation Consultant to contribute to the success of the compensation programs by conducting plan design and plan effectiveness assessments.
The (Senior) Compensation Consultant will bring a strong working knowledge of compensation best practices, or total rewards experience to this dynamic and engaged team! The (Senior)Compensation Consultant will be a true partner to the business by providing guidance/reports to the client groups during year-end. Responsibilities: Annual Planning & Process Management Drive the planning & execution of the annual compensation review process including developing projections and recommendations, implementing & maintaining appropriate technology, conducting leader education sessions, and implementing changes resulting from the process. Provide analysis and outputs on salary increases, bonus payouts, promotions, and equity adjustments based on data-driven insights. Provide market benchmarking. Analytics & Reporting Develop and deliver reports, and insights for senior leaders, enabling data-driven decisions related to compensation strategy and spending. Monitor compensation trends and proactively identify opportunities for optimization. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition on compensation offers, retention strategies, and employee mobility. Create and deliver compelling training and communications on compensation programs to ensure clarity and alignment at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
Expert-level Excel and data interpretation skills; adept at using compensation data to influence and inform leadership. Demonstrated success leading complex projects on time and within scope across multiple stakeholders and business units. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts clearly and persuasively. Thrives in an environment of rapid change; balances agility with a high bar for quality and precision. Confidentiality & Integrity: Handles sensitive data with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
