Job Title: Sr. Tech Consultant ServiceNow Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite) Duration: 6-12 months Contract Rate: CAD100-CAD105/hr
Job Description/ Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows following ITIL and platform best practices. Build and manage Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules to automate end-to-end processes. Create and maintain Service Catalog items, including complex multi-step catalog workflows and approval chains. Develop and optimize Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs. Implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems using Integration Hub spokes, MID Server, and scripted REST APIs. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple product suites. Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification — valid and current. Active CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification — valid and current. Deep expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLAs. Strong scripting skills in JavaScript (server-side and client-side ServiceNow APIs). Proven experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations. Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security architecture. Proficiency with update sets, delegated development, application scopes, and Git source control. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.

- IRM IRM / GRC Implementer or Specialist certification Experience with IRM modules: Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Vendor Risk Management. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, or GDPR. Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) or SecOps modules.
