Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered.

Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations.

Maintain personal and productivity goals

Establish a connection with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.

Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.

Maintain knowledge of all products through product trainings.

Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager to use social media.

Qualifications:
0-3 years of retail experience

Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.

Motivated to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm for running.

Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.

Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
