Administrative Support Class II r equired f or Elk Point Elementary School Elk Point Elementary School requires a full-time (1.0 FTE) Administrative Support Class II commencing April 7, 2026 , or upon a mutually agreed date . Elk Point Elementary School, located in Elk Point, Alberta, is a K to Grade 6 school with approximately 190 students.
Applicants must possess superior computer skills with an ability to quickly learn a variety of programs and management systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suites. Experience with SIS (PowerSchool) and PASI will be considered an asset. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and maintain strict confidence. Responsibilities include telephone, reception and intercom duties, human resource duties, financial management, distribution, supply orders, administration of a student information system, and other duties as required.
