Who you are
- To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, along with a financial background and demonstrated sales experience
- The role requires a high level of technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front office needs, and strong collaboration skills
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience closing new business above target and relationship management within the financial services industry
- Bachelor or master’s degree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred
- Track record of relationship management, business development and / revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners
- Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities
- Excellent organizational and verbal skills
- Absolute personal and business integrity
What the job involves
- As a member of the sales team, you will grow market share by identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing relationships through highlighting the ISS STOXX Sustainability solutions:
- Achieve revenue goals by identifying new clients while closing upsells and renewals in an existing book of business
- Grow ISS STOXX market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community
- Continuously assess Sustainability data market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management
- Build and maintain relationships amongst prospects
- Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system
- Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments
