About the Opportunity

Parker Huggett is representing an established and growing Toronto-based General Contractor with a strong reputation for excellence across banking, hospitality, institutional, and retail projects. With a robust pipeline of recently awarded work, this firm is delivering some of Toronto’s most notable projects valued between $10-25 million. They started from humble beginnings working on retrofits to now working on complex new builds and interiors fit-outs for repeat clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in Ontario’s construction industry, where you will oversee complex and challenging ICI interiors and ground-up projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability are never compromised.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the delivery of retrofit and new build ICI projects valued between $10-25 million
  • Managing schedules, budgets, safety, and quality across all phases of construction
  • Collaborating successfully with clients, trades, consultants, and internal teams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Driving accountability and performance across project teams
  • Problem-solving and overcoming challenges to deliver profitable, high-quality outcomes
  • Contributing to the growth and development of your team and the organization

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Demonstrable experience working with a General Contractor on comparable ICI projects
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and lead from the front
  • Passion for complex retrofit and new build projects in banking, hospitality, institutional, and retail sectors
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate and energize teams
  • Proven ability to build trust and relationships with clients, trades, and consultants
  • Driven, problem-solving approach with grit and determination to deliver excellence
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and adopting new methodologies
  • Growth-minded outlook, with a passion for developing teams and contributing to organizational success
