Where You’ll Work
This is an on-site role working within our modern, purpose-built facility located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
What You Will Do
Luminultra is searching for a Packaging Operator to join our Automation Team in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of our automated bottling process within a clean and controlled environment. You will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining bottling equipment, while monitoring product quality throughout production. Your work will include handling chemical reagent products, as well as labelling, packaging, and shrink-wrapping finished goods. This position offers a base salary range of $38,000-44,000 CAD depending on experience.
As the Packaging Operator, you will support key organizational objectives and have key responsibilities such as:
- Operation of automated bottling machine in a cleanroom environment.
- Cleaning and maintenance of automated bottling machine.
- Quality monitoring and measurement during production.
- Label printing.
- Labelling, packaging, and shrink wrapping of chemical reagent products.
- Physical and digital record keeping.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space daily.
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Adherence to internal and external standards, such as ISO, GMP/GLP, and LuminUltra’s Business Management System.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, andstrong work ethic
- Comfortable working with structured processes andmaintainingconsistency in day-to-day tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to remain focused and productive
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment is considered an asset
