We’re seeking a well-rounded Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our busy, well-established practice in Meteghan, Nova Scotia.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday (7:30 am–5:00 pm) & Friday (8:00 am–3:00 pm)
  • Clinical Focus: General Dentistry, Restorative, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics
  • Term: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Compensation: $150,000–$300,000
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Experience: Open to New Graduates
  • Language Requirement: English
  • Education Requirement: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)

The team is recognized for its exceptional culture—staff support one another, take pride in their work, and are deeply committed to patient-centred care. With schedules booked months in advance and a significant waitlist, you’ll step into a role with immediate impact.

You’ll be joining a practice led by Dr. Sukhdip Singh, a passionate clinician with expertise in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry. This is a collaborative, patient-focused environment with experienced staff support, mentorship, and access to modern technology—an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical scope.

What You Can Expect

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions
  • Develop and execute treatment plans to address patient needs, including restorative and preventive care
  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and recommend preventive measures
  • Collaborate with dental professionals and manage patient care to achieve optimal oral health outcomes

Licensing & Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice dentistry in Nova Scotia
  • Successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) requirements
  • Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Nova Scotia Dental Board
