About the Role
We’re looking for a proactiveHuman Resources Specialistto support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensure compliance, and help create a positive employee experience. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, benefits, performance processes, and general employee support.
What You’ll Do

Maintain HRIS records and employee documentation
-
Keep HR policies and handbooks up to date
-
Ensure compliance with ESA, health & safety, and privacy laws
-
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Support benefits administration and compensation reviews
-
Partner with payroll to maintain accurate employee data
-
Lead performance review coordination and support managers
-
Manage full‑cycle recruitment (postings, screening, scheduling)
-
Coordinate training and development activities
-
Assist with travel arrangements and cross‑department projects
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
-
Experience across multiple HR functions
-
Strong knowledge of employment legislation
-
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
-
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
-
CHRP/CHRL (or working toward) is an asset
Compensation:
Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 per year
