Shuttle Driver

Reporting to Service Manager, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership, maintaining the cleanliness and operational condition of the shuttle vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive customers to and from the dealership and various destinations

• Assist customers with boarding and exiting the shuttle vehicle

• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times

• Perform routine checks on the shuttle vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition

• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and maintenance

• Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments regarding customer transportation needs

• Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers

• Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership policies

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
