Job Summary: Reporting to the Electrical/BAS Division Operations Manager. The Electrical and BAS Administrator is responsible for the administrative support of the Electrical and BAS Division’s day-to-day operations.
Administrator Job Duties

Be equipped to assist the Division Manager in ensuring objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy

Set up projects and work orders in Dynamics 365 Fieldboss and Procore
-
Create purchase orders and process project billing using Dynamics 365 Fieldboss
-
Work with AR and AP Departments to facilitate invoicing
-
Help compile information from sub-trades for billing preparation
-
Assist Project Managers and support the field team by developing, preparing, cataloging, and maintaining documentation such as safety binders, tool audits, vendor lists, and other applicable documentation

Assist and minute field and office staff meetings
Education and Professional Requirements

High School Diploma
-
College or University degree in Business or Construction Administration
-
Equivalent combination of education and experience in administration
Tools & Technology

Laptop computer
-
MS Office suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, Dynamics 365 Fieldboss, Business Central)

Construction management software (Procore)
Working Conditions
Ability to attend and conduct presentations and meetings.
Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
Lifting or moving up to 20 lbs. may be required.
