Your Impact at PLATFORM This role will ensure PLATFORM operates smoothly and efficiently by providing exceptional executive support and maintaining a well-organized, high-functioning office environment. The Office Manager will enhance productivity across the team, strengthen internal coordination, and create a professional, supportive workplace that allows our leadership and staff to focus on delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar senior administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Skilled in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Experience overseeing office operations, vendors, supplies, and facilities
- Experience with budgeting/expenses and familiarity with basic HR processes (onboarding, policies) is an asset
- Experience planning and managing events
