RECEPTIONIST – CLOSED (BAND MEMBER) COMPETITION
About the role
Job Purpose The reception provides a variety of skilled administrative and clerical support for the department. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and require considerable use of facts, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement. This position assumes responsibility for the overall filing system of the Enoch Cree Nation Health Services. Assume other responsibilities when assigned to aid in the department’s overall success.
Education, Experience And Requirements
- High level of professionalism and maintains client and departments confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to meet multiple deadlines with constantly changing priorities and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of the dedicated ECN Health Services Department Team
- Criminal Record Check is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software Programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Outlook to compile correspondence of letters, memorandums, presentations, reports etc.
- Have high standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Must be open and willing for recommended training if necessary for job requirements
Working Conditions
The Receptionist for ECN Health Services will be required to work from Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. at Enoch Cree Nation Health Services Department. While adhering to the Enoch Cree Nation Human Resources Policy & Procedure Manual.
