Tasks
Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting Perform pre-operational inspection Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt Level earth to fine grade specifications Pave and rake asphalt Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction Direct traffic at or near construction sites Remove litter and garbage Perform general labouring duties Shovel cement and other materials into cement mixers, spread concrete and asphalt on road surfaces using shovels, rakes and hand tampers
