Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits. Evaluate daily operations . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Direct and control daily operations . Supervision: 11-15 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. MS Access. MS Office. MS Outlook. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines.
