Technicien(ne) en Formation Santé et Sécurité de Chantier Le(la) Technicien(ne) en Formation Santé et Sécurité de Chantier travaille en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe SST et les responsables de chantier. Relevant du Directeur SST, le(la) titulaire du poste aura pour mission principale de développer et dispenser des formations en santé et sécurité sur les chantiers de construction, ainsi que de soutenir l’équipe SST dans l’optimisation et le développement des processus SST. Ce poste est sur une rotation de travail de 14 jours au chantier et 14 jours de repos / congé.
Responsabilités spécifiques
- Développer et dispenser des formations en santé et sécurité pour les employés sur les chantiers de construction.
- Support administratif pour les conseillers en prévention et l’équipe de gestion SST.
- Gestion des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI).
- Gestion des avis de Non-Conformités (NC).
- Collecte de données pour les indicateurs de performance (KPI).
- Contribuer au développement des mécanismes de suivi et de leurs mises à jour (KPI/tableau de bord SST).
- Gestion des demandes d’autorisations d’accès.
- Compilation et envoi des récapitulatifs des incidents/accidents aux directeurs sur une base hebdomadaire.
- Analyse des déclarations d’incidents.
- Gérer et maintenir les systèmes d’information (SharePoint) et de formation.
- Assurer la coordination des visites de chantier avec l’équipe des communications.
- Assurer la coordination des évènements SST.
Exigences et habiletés
- Bonne connaissance des exigences relatives à la santé et la sécurité du travail, spécifiquement sur les chantiers de construction.
- Maîtrise du français.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
- Capacité d’adaptation et d’agilité.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Diplôme en santé sécurité ou hygiène du travail.
