##Job Summary
We are looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Unix Infrastructure Operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Unix systems, with a primary focus on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environment. In addition, hands‑on experience with Ansible is essential for this role.
##Key Accountabilities
- Perform updates on Red Hat Linux systems using Red Hat Satellite;
- Monitor Linux systems using NagiosXI;
- Participate in migrating RHEL servers to supported versions;
- Analyze the current Linux infrastructure and produce the appropriate documentation for the knowledge base;
- Create scripts to automate repetitive processes;
- Handle Level 3 (L3) support tickets escalated by Level 2 (L2) technicians and the Level 1 (L1) call center;
- Write operational procedures (SOPs) and various technical documents (KB articles).
##Job Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux;
- Expertise in automation and scripting using Ansible or similar tools;
- Experience with GCP is an asset;
- Strong adaptability;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
