About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Vision Pharma – Sales Consultant will be focused on presenting, promoting, and selling Clarion’s Vision Pharma portfolio. Beyond sales, you’ll play a critical role in providing clinical support to customers, ensuring successful outcomes with our products.

The successful applicant will:
- Plan and execute sales activities including customer visits, prospecting, events, trainings, and territory strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Prospect and secure new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer training sessions (clinical, peer-to-peer, staff sales training, practice building).
- Represent Clarion at industry trade shows and professional events.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the sales region to deliver on shared objectives.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required
- 2–5 years of successful medical/pharma sales experience.
- Previous pharmaceutical or vision-related product sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong sales and relationship development skills in competitive environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage territory expenses, samples, and consignments responsibly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen to help customers grow revenue.
- Ability to coach, train, and support customers and peers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive, energetic attitude and professional presence.
- Technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
