About the role
Who you are
- We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, a proactive approach to managing pipelines and a seamless candidate experience, and can partner effectively with our recruiting team and key stakeholders to grow the company
- 2+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up
- You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles
- You are passionate about recruiting
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detail
- You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- You are data driven and have experience managing weekly pipeline reporting
What the job involves
- As a Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Product, Strategy and Design orgs
- Depending on business needs, there is potential for this contract to be extended!
- Use your talents as a recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates
- Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions
- Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates
- Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
- Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity
