About the role

Tasks include:

  • This is an entry level sales position.
  • The successful candidates will receive a minimum 6-month training program that includes specific milestones to be achieved. Salary increases are fixed based on the achievement of objectives.
  • Candidate will be paired with a Mentor for a minimum 6-month period.
  • Candidate will be required to perform hands on work to learn and fully appreciate the services provided,
  • Source and nurture new business, both directly with end-clients, as well as through partner channels/relationships, learning when to leverage partners and when to take the lead.
  • Interact with new and existing clientele, including Sr. management, to cultivate opportunities in the Mobility Management space.
  • Sell solutions into multiple industries (retail, logistics, healthcare, field services, etc.).
  • In person meetings and relationship building (in the field), travel is required.
  • Use a variety of Ai tools to improve efficiency and expand opportunities.

Must have:

  • You thrive in a face-to-face environment, and want to build relationships, not just chase transactions (you can see yourself confidently walking into a senior decision-maker’s office).
  • Curiosity and an appetite for ongoing learning & discovery, including IT and emerging technology.
  • Willing to travel within Canada. Travel is limited, but it is a requirement.
  • Comfortable learning and applying Ai tools in the sales process to expand opportunities

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in IT, with knowledge of Mobility Device Management
  • Bilingualism (French/English)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM

Working onsite in Plantagenet, ON

Compensation:

Starting Salary, $50000, plus commissions

3 weeks vacation

5 paid personal days

Group Health and Dental benefits after 3 months of continuous employment
