Position Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator at Cheil Canada, you will be the hub between our clients and internal teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
• Assist Account Services leads in preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide valuable insights for campaign development.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs.
• Track and manage project budgets, expenses, and invoices, and provide regular updates to clients.
• Assist in communicating clients' needs thoroughly and effectively to other internal departments.
• Support the development of tactical briefs as required.
• Work directly with studio to execute tactical requests.
• Provide project reports, contact reports, and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Docket management using company ERP system (Job, Estimate, PO creation etc.).
• Demonstrate knowledge of social media platforms.

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of relevant experience in account coordination, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with advertising and marketing industry trends and best practices.
• Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking, committed, creative, and organized team player.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
