Description
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple roles and levels.
- Align hiring plans with business objectives and workforce needs.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Provide consultative support to improve hiring outcomes.
Innovative Sourcing
- Utilize modern sourcing techniques including social media, networking, job boards, and talent pools.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Campus Recruitment & Engagement
- Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies including career fairs, info sessions, and internship programs.
- Build relationships with universities and student organizations to attract emerging talent.
- Coordinate campus ambassador programs and manage intern conversion pipelines.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate journey through clear communication and timely updates.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's culture and values.
Onboarding Coordination
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Facilitate pre-boarding activities, documentation, and orientation scheduling.
- Monitor onboarding feedback to continuously improve the process.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Support D&I initiatives by actively sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.

Profile
A successful Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner should have:
- Proficiency in both French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices in Canada.
