As a Marketing Designer, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create visually compelling designs that engage our audience, communicate our brand message, and drive marketing performance. You’ll be responsible for executing a range of projects, from social media graphics and digital ads to email campaigns and landing pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentations, and print materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life visually
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity
- Optimize creatives for various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Assist in creating landing page mockups and supporting website design needs
- Work with external vendors or partners as needed for production of print materials or large-scale campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a graphic design or marketing design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, social media)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design work is required
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email or web design
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
- Interest in branding, UI/UX design, or product marketing

TAC Sports specializes in teaching soccer (recreational and academy), tennis and basketball to children age 4-15. Located throughout the GTA, TAC Sports provides a safe and comfortable learning environment where children can improve their skill and feel more confident about themselves.
With a low instructor to student ratio, students receive personalized development plans and constant feedback throughout the program. Our unique team of coaches provide a nurturing and fun environment which will ensure that your sports star is excited about coming back.
Tac Sports specialized camps and programs run all year.
