Overview

Digital Marketing Projects Coordinator Corporate Services – Communications Status: (1) Contract Full-time position - Up to 7 months Hiring Range: $75,696 - $85,159 per annum Work Mode: Hybrid *see below for more details about this work mode Hours of Work: 35 hours per week Reporting into the Marketing & Digital Communications Manager, the Project Coordinator will deliver reliable, timely, and professional support for digital projects in order to facilitate the successful completion of digital marketing initiatives designed to achieve key organizational and community outcomes. As a Project Coordinator you will work efficiently across a variety of concurrent projects to ensure that teams are enabled with the tools, information and practices that allow them to focus on the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Support the intake, planning and execution of marketing initiatives including campaigns, display search and video ads, email marketing, content production and website updates Under the direction of the Digital Specialist, complete small scope projects and lead the implementation work packages and deliverables Assist Digital Specialists in developing project artifacts including presentations, research, requirements, work breakdown structure, workbacks, budgets, schedule, postmortems, etc.

Assist content editors in developing and writing content

Work with the creative team to develop assets for digital and social media properties Acts as a liaison between internal project stakeholders to ensure effective and timely communications Gather and document stakeholder feedback and changes to project materials and deliverables Supports change management activities Regularly prepare and update project status, identify and escalates early warning signs and deviations from the plan and propose recommendations and adjustments Prepares and participates in project meetings and follows up with the relevant individuals for action items or issues Conduct detailed research and analysis to support the creation of project deliverables Qualifications: Degree or diploma in business management, digital marketing, information management systems or related fields with at least 3 years of job-related experience working in a project management environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics and Adobe Photoshop Creative mindset, enthusiasm to bring new ideas to the team Highly motivated, capable of learning new project management skills and responsibilities Ability to work in a high-pressure team environment with strict deadlines, effectively managing multiple project priorities, demands and timelines Ability to take on and perform tasks independently with minimal supervision Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and communication skills Excellent customer service skills and comfort working with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership Exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinker with the ability to recognize the full scope and effect of actions Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications Apply now and help us build a better tomorrow with Peel Region!
