About the role
Position: - Sr. Fullstack Python Developer with React Location:- Halifax, NS (4 days hybrid in week) Employment type: - FTE

What we are looking f or:Advance proficiency in Python and Django Framewo rk.Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLM s).Proven experience in AI agent development and implementati on.Advance proficiency in React ecosyst em.Advanced proficiency with Postgres SQLExtensive experience with SQL server & database desi gn.Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as Rea ct.Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration platfor ms.Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniqu es.Understanding of AI agent architectures and design patter ns.Knowledge of design patterns & best practices in software developme nt.Experience with version control system such as G it.Strong knowledge of working with API ’s.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelin es.Strong communication skil
ls. Nice to h ave:Capital markets experie nce.Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agent framewo rks.Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning conce pts.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, G CP).Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernet es).Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniq ues.Experience with streaming and real-time data process ing.Understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practi ces.Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipeli
