About the role
The Sales Support Administrator plays an important role in supporting DLL’s purpose of partnering for a better world by ensuring customers are onboarded accurately, consistently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports DLL’s obligations under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) through disciplined execution of customer identification, validation, and data integrity processes.
The role works in close partnership with Sales, Sales Support, Compliance, and shared services teams to ensure customers are appropriately identified and verified before DLL enters a transaction. Strong attention to detail, accountability for controls, and adherence to documented procedures are essential to maintaining DLL’s risk standards and audit readiness.
Day to day
This role coordinates closely with a shared services team that supports application entry and onboarding activities:
- Support the end‑to‑end customer onboarding process by managing incoming onboarding packages received via Docusign and shared mailboxes
- Review Customer Onboarding Forms to ensure completeness, consistency, and alignment with PCMLTFA and internal DLL requirements
- Validate customer legal names, addresses, registry/incorporation numbers, and entity details using approved internal and external sources
- Identify onboarding deficiencies and clearly document and communicate gaps to Sales Support in a timely and professional manner
- Apply established best‑efforts validation standards prior to marking onboarding packages as deficient
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the PCMLTFA tracker, including status changes, comments, and audit support notes
- Retrieve completed Docusign packages, consolidate required documentation, and securely archive files in Compliance SharePoint
- Enter customer onboarding data into Trulioo using the appropriate workflow (e.g., corporation, individual)
- Confirm ownership structure, effective control, and authorized signer information aligns with incumbency certificates and onboarding disclosures
- Proactively identify and escalate higher‑risk scenarios (e.g., trusts, incomplete ownership information, questionable exemptions) to Compliance for review
- Demonstrate strong data privacy and information‑handling practices, including secure storage and deletion of local files containing sensitive customer information
- Meet service level expectations and turnaround times while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality checks, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Perform other related duties in support of Sales Support and Compliance objectives
Please note this is a 6 month contract opportunity (until the end of December 2026).

Essentials:
- Experience in operations, compliance, onboarding, or data entry roles; experience in financial services, leasing, or financing environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in data entry and document review
- Ability to understand and apply onboarding requirements, regulatory forms, and procedural documentation
- Comfortable working with trackers, workflows, and multiple internal systems in a controlled environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when documenting and explaining deficiencies
- Sound judgment and confidence to raise and escalate issues when information is missing, inconsistent, or unclear
- Ability to work independently while remaining aligned to team objectives and standard processes
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, or PCMLTFA concepts is a strong asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies.
