The Job As a Real Estate Law Clerk, you will be responsible for performing clerical work for the real estate team throughout the process of opening and closing files.
Managing files from opening to closing Drafting and reviewing documents related to transactions and closing Collecting and summarizing deal information Conducting and reviewing title and off-title searches Communicating and interacting with clients with professionalism Maintaining and strengthening client relationships Preparing correspondence and requisition letters Assisting the real estate team with supporting clients
You will also come with:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a law clerk in real estate Proficient in Quebec residential closings Extensive experience with representing private lenders Strong, professional-level communication skills, written and verbal Able to organize time effectively and prioritize tasks Strong technical skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
