What You'll Do Perform high-precision construction layout and as-built surveys Operate Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GNSS, and related survey technology Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project layout Verify survey data through established QA/QC procedures Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, clients, and other trades Prepare clear field notes, reports, and survey documentation Maintain Apex's commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism on every project
What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years of construction surveying experience Industrial or heavy civil construction experience is considered an asset Experience with Trimble survey equipment and software is considered a strong asset High-precision surveying capabilities using Robotic Total Stations Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction plans Strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience is considered an asset
