Administrative Associate, Utility Services Job Description GTel is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Associate, Energy Services to join our team. The Administrative Associate, Energy Services is a subject matter expert in the has the ability to communicate effectively and deliver strong customer service while working in a very deadline-driven environment. The primary focus of this role is to accurately audit customer billing though FCS – Enbridge app currently used to manage Productivity Incentive program, and support management team in administrative tasks.
As a member of the energy services team, the Administrative Associate is a key resources in supporting the management team meet the customer objectives across the different business lines (meter reading, secondary services, leak survey). Their day to day will include the ability to communicate effectively and deliver strong customer service while working in a deadline-driven environment.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for conducting audits through FCS to ensure meter reads are documented correctly for productivity incentive model.
- Support with route management and auditing through FCS
- Support QA objectives including but not limited to read compliance, forced report, consecutive estimates and skip percentage.
- Provide feedback regarding discrepancies to employees and management to improve overall reporting.
- Support off-cycle control read program
- Play an integral part in developing and enhancing the standard operating procedures utilized by the Energy Services team.
- Support Leak Survey program review through Lantern Program
- Ensuring all administrative work and documentation is complete according to company standards for management team
- Other office duties may be assigned as the needs of the business dictate
Qualifications
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision and under pressure of working within strict deadlines.
- Must have computer experience with Excel, MS Word, Internet
- Explorer and Outlook. Advance computer skills including spreadsheet management using Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables etc.).
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all employees and external individuals and agencies, in an efficient and effective manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on all information
