As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting strategies that align with business goals, increase brand awareness, and generate leads across multi-channel platforms including SEM, email, and social media platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and generate revenue. The primary focus of this role is on the Power & Renewables segment of the business, but the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support other segments of the business as well.

Performance Objectives

  • Create and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and retention
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve results
  • Assist in developing and managing content strategies that align with overall marketing goals, ensuring consistency and engagement across all digital platforms
  • Partner with Web Publishing to oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to enhance online visibility and traffic - assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, growth marketing, experiences, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts via digital campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into digital strategies
  • Communicate digital marketing plans, performance and insights to internal stakeholders

  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Advanced skills in analyzing data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to partner with content creators to create innovative content and digital campaigns that engage and convert
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials and campaigns
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and technologies
  • Proficiency in advanced tools like Salesforce Account Engagement, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques
  • Experience in developing and executing organic and paid social media strategies to enhance brand presence
  • Strong skills in using data analytics tools to track and report on digital campaign performance
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software like Salesforce
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit is preferred
  • Experience in creating and managing content strategies for various digital platforms
  • Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is typically preferred
  • Coursework or certification in advanced digital marketing, data analytics, or content strategy can be advantageous
