About the role

JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will design, implement, and optimize AI-enabled recruitment strategies, tools, and workflows. This role requires hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms such as HireVue, Paradox, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or similar solutions that drive sourcing, screening, matching, and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate has successfully led recruitment transformation projects and delivered measurable results in efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI Recruitment Strategy & Implementation

  • Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of AI-powered recruitment tools.
  • Redesign recruitment workflows to integrate automation while maintaining a personalized, people-first candidate experience.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and ensure their ethical and complaint use in hiring.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche job boards, and AI-driven platforms to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs using predictive analytics and workforce planning tools.

Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Implement data-driven recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns using AI personalization.

Performance Measurement & Insights

  • Define and track KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, DEI outcomes) to measure the impact of AI and process improvements.

Change Management & Capability Building

  • Teach and train Talent Seekers and hiring managers on adopting new AI tools and embedding them into daily hiring practices.
  • In partnership with HR Operations and HRBPs, drive organizational change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of recruitment technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or manager role.
  • Proven experience implementing AI recruitment platforms (e.g., HireVue, SeekOut, Paradox, LinkedIn AI tools, Beamery, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success in modernizing and scaling recruitment processes using technology and automation.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and integrated HR tech ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and using data to drive hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance, DEI best practices, and responsible AI in hiring.
  • This is a hybrid role will some travel to the Markham office
