McCain’s North American Agriculture organization is transforming into a digitally enabled, data-driven operation that connects farm-level activities to downstream operational and business outcomes. The Agriculture Analytics & Digital Enablement Lead plays a critical role in this transformation by translating data into actionable insights and embedding analytics, AI, and digital solutions into day-to-day agricultural decision-making across the farm-to-fork value chain.
This is a hands-on, business-facing leadership role focused on delivering measurable value through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI, and emerging technologies—working closely with growers, field teams, operations, manufacturing, storage, sustainability, and supply chain partners.
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Lead North America agriculture analytics, AI, and digital innovation initiatives, ensuring clear, measurable business value.
- Partner with growers, field teams, manufacturing, storage, sustainability, and supply chain stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value analytics and digital use cases.
- Translate complex agricultural and operational challenges into actionable insights using advanced analytics, predictive models, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain analytical products including dashboards, reports, and models to improve decision-making and operational performance.
- Define, standardize, and track key agriculture KPIs across regions to enable consistent performance monitoring.
- Drive data standardization, governance, quality, and adoption to enable scalable, trusted analytics.
- Embed analytics and digital solutions into daily workflows, operational rhythms, and decision forums to ensure adoption and impact.
- Evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging technologies that improve performance, sustainability, and innovation.
- Lead change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and value realization.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering analytics, predictive modeling, AI/ML, digital enablement, or innovation initiatives in agriculture, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational environments.
- Proven ability to conduct business discovery and translate challenges into value-driven analytics, AI, or digital solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or equivalent), SQL, Python or R, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of statistical, predictive, and AI/ML techniques and their application to real-world business problems.
- Experience working with multi-source data environments, system integrations, and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and scalable analytics practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead adoption, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights, influence decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

This role is part of McCain’s North America Agriculture organization and works within a highly cross-functional environment spanning growers, field operations, manufacturing, storage, sustainability, and supply chain teams. The Agriculture Analytics & Digital Enablement Lead serves as a key connector between data, technology, and agricultural operations, helping the team move toward more predictive, insight-driven decisions. While the role does not have direct reports, it provides leadership through influence, execution, and change management at scale.

Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
