What You’ll Deliver:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in growing our direct-to-consumer (DTC) tenant insurance business. This role will focus on managing, optimizing, and scaling our paid media campaigns, while also supporting marketing operations and analytics.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to test new strategies, improve performance, and contribute ideas to support growth in this channel. A secondary aspect of this role includes supporting marketing operations with technical assistance in Hubspot, email campaigns, and tracking/reporting.
Responsibilities - We promise it won’t be mundane.
- Paid Media (PPC & Social Advertising)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Reddit.
- Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns, keyword adjustments, bid management, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to improve performance
- Assist in developing and testing new campaign strategies; implement and scale winning campaigns.
- Bring forward innovative ideas by developing a strong understanding of our business and customers.
- Marketing Operations
- Become proficient in key systems (HubSpot, Metabase, Mixpanel, GTM, GA4) to troubleshoot and support the broader marketing team.
- Assist in campaign execution by setting up and troubleshooting workflows and emails in Hubspot as needed.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze marketing reports to surface insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering to ensure accurate tracking(GTM, event tracking, data integrations).

Skills and Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree or certification in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with monthly budget of $10K+
-
Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot, including workflows, audience segmentation, and email marketing.

Strong analytical and technical skills; hands-on experience with GTM and GA4. Experience with Metabase and Mixpanel is a bonus!

Prior experience in eCommerce and DTC marketing is highly preferred
