Job Summary

The Program Officer will be responsible for the administration and management of various programs within the BFN portfolio. This includes:

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee program implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a higher education environment.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
