Career opportunity

Under the Supervisor’s direction, performs duties related to Receiving/Shipping and general warehouse functions. Function as back up in the absence of the supervisor.

What you’ll do

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for D/C employees, temps, and Contractors by following Company policy on H & S as well the “OHSA”
• Receives and allocates inventory in the warehouse.
• Picks orders and replenishes inventory as required.
• Completes and ships orders as required by established procedures.
• Train and supervise other employees, including temporary employees.
• Co-ordinate daily and weekly cycle counts
• Delegate responsibilities to employees to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and safety.
• Back up for the Supervisor.
• Contacts carrier and couriers for daily pick ups
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
