TPS is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Inside Sales & Order Entry Representative to join and support one of their long-tenured, high-value clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and reliability.

**Position Status:**Existing vacancy
Salary Range:$55,000 to $65,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Process B2B client orders from entry to delivery with precision and speed.
-
Build and nurture strong client relationships; provide timely updates and proactive service.

Identify and pursue upsell/cross‑sell opportunities to expand client spend.

Respond to product, pricing, and order‑status inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

Coordinate with account management, production, and logistics to ensure flawless fulfillment.
-
Draft and follow up on quotes & proposals, supporting business‑development initiatives.
-
Maintain meticulous records in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
-
Assist with seasonal campaigns, special projects, and client initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Bring

Fluency in French & English (spoken & written).

2+ years inside‑sales, order‑entry, or customer‑service experience—ideally in marketing, advertising, print, or manufacturing.

Proven ability to build rapport with B2B clients and uncover growth opportunities.

Razor‑sharp attention to detail and a relentless follow‑through mindset.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; a customer‑first attitude.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP (Salesforce a plus).
