Our Advocacy Group has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of commercial litigation, including class actions, product liability and real estate law.
Applicants must be members of the Québec Bar and have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation, along with strong professional and academic credentials. Experience in product liability, insurance litigation and/or class actions will be viewed as an asset.
