DevSecOps Automation and Reporting at TD is part of an enterprise-wide vulnerability management ecosystem. We are on a mission to elevate DevSecOps across the TD. We partner closely with Infrastructure, Engineering, Architecture and Development Experience teams to deliver frictionless, secure workflows for our development teams.

About this Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help drive complex projects, deliver outcomes and enhance application security processes. In this role you'll gather and refine application security requirements, analyze data to find what matters most, and help teams design practical solutions. You'll also lead light marketing – demos, success stories and champion programs to build awareness and sustain momentum.
Job Description:
As a Senior Business Application Analyst, you will:
- Identify, document, and validate current state processes and work with stakeholders to design the desired future state.
- Provide sound technical knowledge and foundational understanding of the various components of the application security domain.
- Lead requirements management from high level, mid-level to detailed level business requirements (including business use cases/scenarios, business rules, business process maps, customer data flows, themes/initiatives) and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications considering non-functional requirements and accessibility standards (i.e., epics, stories, tasks, etc.)
- Plan and run remediation initiatives and milestones, coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep delivery on track.
- Lead tool demos, roadshows, office hours, publish playbooks and release notes, grow a champions network to drive adoption.
- Support Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) planning and activities, when required.
- Apply analytical skills to effectively understand business problems, impacted stakeholders, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment to TD's risk appetite.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and track requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints
- Provide recommendations to support the development of system design, test plans, and necessary artifacts to ensure business needs are met.
- Adhere to Enterprise project governance controls to ensure projects meet all performance, quality and compliance standards and conforms to appropriate disciplines

- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- Five (5) or more years relevant business analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of Application Security / API Security or other Cyber Security domains and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite, experience using analytical and visualization software tools (Power BI and Tableau), process modeling, data analysis methods and reporting techniques, and Atlassian (Confluence, Jira, and its installed add-ons)
- Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Exposure to software development concepts, preferably with Python.
- Business Analysis or Cyber Security Accreditation is considered an asset
- Preference given to candidates who have experience working in Agile
