SUMMARY

Reporting to the IT Applications Supervisor, the Business Systems Analyst will support key systems for our Canadian Divisions, in designing, planning, developing, implementing, as well as supporting them post-implementation. As a member of the IT Applications team, you will be a member of the team responsible for supporting our enterprise applications while also working on enterprise IT projects.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Assist in the implementation of a new ERP and warehouse management system.

  • Provide first line and second-line functional support for JD Edwards 9.1

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related incidents and service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service delivery frameworks.

  • Support the ERP systems (JD Edwards, AGILITY) and Business Intelligence systems operations (Sales I, QlikView, Power BI).

  • Ability to understand the business needs and translate requirements into scalable solution designs that supports Doman today and tomorrow.

  • Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure through prototype roll outs.

  • Implement the design with structured testing to ensure functionality as per requirements and identify and address deficiencies.

  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and system documentation.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Minimum 5 years of experience support Oracle JD Edwards 9.1 or EnterpriseOne ERP systems.

  • Experience implementing, configuring and supporting major ERP systems with deep technical functioning knowledge

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with installing, upgrading, configuring, customizing, coding and modifying ERP modules to enhance the system to fit the business.

  • Experience supporting integrated enterprise technologies such as workflow platforms, QlikView and Power BI

  • Experience supporting multi-site or multinational operations, preferably within manufacturing and distribution environments.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of order to cash and purchase to pay business processes within ERPs.

Technical

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards Version 9.1
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM is preferred
  • Understanding of ERP integrations and associated enterprise technologies.
  • Experience with ERP security administration and access controls.
  • Familiarity with Service Desk tools and incident management systems.
  • Knowledge of system testing methodologies and documentation standards.
  • Experience with QlikView/Power BI

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology preferred

  • Post secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field an asset

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 annually. The base pay offered is based on geographical location and may vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Similar positions located in other geographical locations may not necessarily receive the same salary range. The compensation information is an estimate and provided to meet with applicable provincial Pay Transparency legislation.

Travel:

  • Ability to travel 10-15% across Canada with expense reimbursements.

  • Valid Canadian drivers license.
