Position Overview
Work in the Workplace technology team as a support technician. Provide helpdesk support through multiple helpdesk tools.
What does this role do?
- Triage help desk ticket
- Level 1 Helpdesk support
- Ensure the SLA about the ticket system are met
- Create the process to Install, uninstall hardware and software
- Create and improve documentation and knowledgebase
- Participate in establishing and developing processes
- Participate into many IT related projects
What is required for this role?
- Ongoing College diploma in IT related field
- Physically able to move items
- Ability to travel to different locations around GTA
