What We Are Looking For

At Dealer-FX, we put our users first. The automotive landscape is constantly evolving, and so are we. We’re looking for a Head of Product Management who can help our Product Managers stay ahead of that change, leading with structure, consistency, and a deep understanding of how to deliver great products that make a difference to thousands of users every day.

In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational excellence across our Product Management team. You’ll help build scalable frameworks, strengthen collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, Product Operations, and Product Marketing, and ensure our teams deliver with clarity, consistency, and accountability.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in bringing structure to complexity, someone who can connect vision to execution, and who takes pride in developing strong, capable Product Managers who deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Define and evolve scalable Product Management frameworks, tools, and processes that improve how we plan, prioritize, and execute work.
  • Strengthen collaboration and alignment across Product, Engineering, Product Design, Product Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure roadmaps, launches, and customer outcomes are tightly connected.
  • Drive operational excellence in roadmap management, sprint readiness, and release execution, ensuring the organization delivers predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Improve visibility and communication across teams by establishing clear reporting, documentation, and planning standards.
  • Support release readiness, retrospectives, and outcome tracking to ensure product initiatives deliver tangible business and customer impact.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all Product Management functions.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management roles within SaaS or technology-driven companies.
  • 3+ years leading and coaching Product Managers or cross-functional product teams.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing scalable Product Management frameworks and processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Design, and Product Marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or the automotive technology industry.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with distributed or hybrid teams.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, release processes, and agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
