The role of the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing Noble’s customer base by utilizing professional service and selling skills to identify customer needs, presenting Noble’s advantage to increase customer spending, loyalty, and retention.
How You Contribute To Noble's Success
- Answer all customer inquiries via telephone, email and in person.
- Collaborate with the branch team to provide quotes and orders, and to provide excellent customer service.
- Sell plumbing products and solutions to our customers, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide support for our Account Management and Service Counter teams.
- Work closely with our Purchasing and Operations teams to deliver goods to our customers in a timely manner.
- Other related duties as assigned to grow the business.
Must Haves and Nice to Haves
- Have strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Have a winning mindset and customer focused attitude.
- Be organized, able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook
