The hourly wage rate for this position is $26.95 . Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary
How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock and managing inventory within the warehouse.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

Schedule distribution of goods; prepare bills of lading, invoices & other shipping documents

Perform manual & computerized inventory control
-
Maintain internal record keeping system, record shortages & reject damaged goods
-
Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received

Oversee loading & unloading of goods
-
Inspect Deliveries: Match incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices to verify correct quantities and item accuracy.

Quality & Safety Control: Check food freshness and log temperatures for refrigerated/frozen goods, rejecting any damaged or sub-standard products.

Stock & Rotate: Unload and organize inventory in walk-ins, freezers, and dry storage using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.

Report Discrepancies: Document short-ships, damages, or missing items and communicate them promptly to management and vendors.
About you:
- Ability to use a pump truck
- Valid driver's license
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication
