About the role
The Opportunity: The LPN/RPN and RPN works as a professional member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs and within his/her level of competency. He/She integrates and applies the knowledge, skills, judgment, and interpersonal attributes required to provide safe and ethical professional services to residents. The LPN/RPN/RPN is responsible and accountable to the public for his/her own practice, which is regulated and monitored. Key Responsibilities: - Work to your full scope of practice - Become a part of a resident / family-centered environment - Join an interdisciplinary team involved in best practice programs - Make a difference every day by enriching the quality of life for British Columbia’s aging population Qualifications: - Demonstrates leadership, coaching and mentorship skills - Completion of Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse program from an accredited educational institution - Registration and membership in good standing with BCCNM - 3+ years of experience with seniors health - Current CPR training - Working knowledge of MS Office programs - Regular demonstration of AgeCare’s values of Trust, Respect, Quality and Teamwork Internal Closing Date: February 9th, 2026 Members of equity-seeking groups are encouraged to apply Union membership is a condition of employment. Wage Levelling Salary: $32.84 - $55.91 per hour Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
