About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to accelerate our business growth through innovative Salesforce solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the migration of legacy Visualforce pages to modern Lightning Web Components (LWC). We value not only your deep technical expertise in VF, LWC, Flows etc., but also your ability to effectively communicate with clients and C-level stakeholders, translating complex business processes into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle for migrating existing Visualforce pages to LWC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, write high-quality, maintainable code where needed, and ensure comprehensive test classes and proper documentation are in place.
  • Perform system and regression testing to ensure the stability and functionality of developed solutions and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
  • Identify technical challenges and propose/implement optimal solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and other team members to ensure smooth execution from design to implementation and deployment.
  • Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to clients and C-level stakeholders, building trust and fostering strong relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT experience, with significant hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • The ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts to clients and C-level stakeholders, driving consensus and building rapport. Confidence in presenting technical proposals and providing progress updates.
  • Apex Development – strong ability to implement complex business logic using advanced Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and a deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and their impact on design.
  • Lightning Web Components – Extensive experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing LWC components, including event handling, data binding, and seamless integration with Apex. Ability to create reusable components following best practices.
  • Visualforce – experience in designing and developing solutions to migrate legacy Visualforce apps to LWC, with a strong grasp of both technologies.
  • Salesforce Flows - In-depth understanding and implementation experience with various flow types. Ability to design and develop flows involving complex logic and sub-flows.
  • Integrations - working knowledge of various Salesforce integration options and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices, security models, data models, and governor limits.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a logical approach to complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to accurately interpret business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, a fast learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience in writing technical design documents and requirements specifications.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
