Responsibilities & Duties

Respond to attendee inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

Assist with common attendee questions such as registration, login issues, session access, housing inquiries, reservation bookings, and profile updates
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance while troubleshooting platform issues, including relevant context and escalating when needed
Collaborate with internal teams (event project managers, engineering, product) to resolve attendee issues efficiently
Stay informed about event details, platform updates, and internal support documentation

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of help center articles and internal knowledge base content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current platform features and attendee needs

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a customer support or help desk role, preferably in SaaS or event technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting users via phone, email, and live chat
Confidence troubleshooting technical issues and assisting users with varying levels of technical experience

  • Familiarity with support tools such as HelpScout, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
