About the role
You will lead strategic programs that drive revenue from our existing customer base. You’ll own key upsell and cross-sell initiatives, leveraging data to craft targeted campaigns that increase product adoption, encourage plan upgrades, and promote add-ons like bookkeeping and lending. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on uncovering insights, running tests, and optimizing for measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Data teams to ensure a seamless customer journey that delivers value and drives growth.
NOTE: This role can be worked remotely from one the above locations.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and segmentation to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities
- Build and iterate on A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
- Develop and maintain refined segmentation and personalization strategies across customer journeys
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Data Science teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Own reporting and insights for lifecycle performance, contributing to revenue forecasting and marketing planning
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive results and align stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing roles, with a focus on lifecycle, CRM, or customer growth
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights
- Hands-on experience designing and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle programs
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization best practices
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools such as Looker
- Excellent communication skills to share findings and influence strategy across teams
- A growth mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and experimentation
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and interpreting statistical significance
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other statistical modeling languages
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and complex buyer journeys
