Crowe MacKay LLP is excited to grow our team and is currently seeking a qualified, experienced full time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Kelowna office. The successful candidate will be career-focused individual that is excited to join a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial firm.

The Role

  • Administration of time and billing software

  • Review daily employee time and time entry corrections, as needed

  • Generate, finalize and post billings, invoices and payments

  • Daily deposits, cash reports, reconciling payments

  • Manager collections and follow up on outstanding accounts

  • Weekly, Monthly and Year-End reporting

  • Oversee user management in billing software (logins, budgets, charge out rates)

  • Collaborate with other offices to share best practices and support process improvements

  • Other accounts receivable/administrative tasks as required

What You Will Bring

  • Positive attitude and energy

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative team environment

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong MS office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Professional and courteous manner in dealing with clients and team members

  • The ability to organize self and others

  • Experience in a paperless environment would be an asset

  • Recent experience with a public accounting firm would be an asset

  • Certificate or diploma in business administration/accounting is considered an asset
