Fix Auto Lethbridge is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Estimator to join our busy and growing collision centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door and develop into a highly skilled estimator. You’ll work alongside experienced Customer Service Representatives and Estimators, gaining valuable hands-on experience and learning the full estimating process from industry professionals. Job Duties:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail and provide information on where their vehicle is at in the repair processes.
- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repair.
- Effectively support front office operations and various departments
- Assist estimators by taking pictures of damaged vehicles.
- Work with the estimator to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates.
- Deliver repaired vehicles to customers.
- Other duties as required
Ideal Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical aptitude
- Experience in private or public insurance or the automotive industry is considered an asset.
- Resourceful with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma and a valid Driver’s License are required.
